Please complete this survey. The input you provide will be added to EPA’s Energy Star Portfolio Manager and used to track your energy, water, and solid waste savings.
Hints:
- Retail stores less than 5,000 square feet should be included within the Gross Floor Area of your hotel use. Retail stores 5,000 square feet or more should be broken out into a separate Retail property use.
- Restaurants and cafeterias should be included within the Gross Floor Area of your hotel use; they should not be broken out as separate property uses.
- In order to be eligible for ENERGY STAR certification, hotels must have an occupancy rate of at least 60%.
- If your hotel is made up of multiple buildings, you should enter them together as one property. Enter the Gross Floor Area and Use Details of all buildings in aggregate.
